All sales on Dropship Mastery are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, community access, mentorship), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a payment has been successfully processed.
Our courses provide instant access to proprietary content, strategies, and community resources. Once access is granted, the value has been delivered. This is consistent with standard digital goods practices.
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive access (e.g., due to a network error during verification), please contact us immediately at elevatewithmomin@gmail.com with your payment ID, order ID, and registered email. We will verify and resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.
If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days after verification. Please email us with both transaction IDs.
Since all plans are one-time payments with lifetime access, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you close the Razorpay checkout window before completing payment, no charge is made and no action is needed.
